International Recruiter for Trenchant Financial Technologies

Should be having 2 - 5 Years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Financial sector.

Must possess Headhunting or Agency recruiting experience.

Should be responsible for the Firms Global Recruitment activity of International Traders & Trader Groups.

Should be able to create and implement Hiring strategies depending on the Location.

Should have expertise in poaching the candidates from the competitive firms.

Responsible to generate prospective CV’s through innovative measures.

Responsible for Evaluating competencies, Interview co ordination and negotiating the contracts.
