Internal Firm Services - HR for Deloitte

The incumbent will under minimal direction, supports human resources related programs, policies and initiatives for internal clients, in one or more of the following human resource functions: benefits, compensation, employee relations, HRIS systems, immigration compliance, recruiting, and training.

Assists in human resource policy and program development.

Assesses and selects candidates for positions based on the evaluation of their knowledge, skills, abilities, and past performance against job criteria and firm competencies.

Provides support on concerns to line management on a broad range of policies, programs and practices.

Considered knowledgeable within a discipline and addressing broad concerns within the organization.
