Espire Infolabs, Delhi 1–2 Yrs Share this job1. Collecting, Downloading Cvs using different sources i.e. advertisement through new papers, job portal, placement agencies, & existing Database.
2. Screening the candidates on the basis of various parameters i.e job description & job specification.
3. Arranging telephonic interview with short-listed candidates before forwarding it to hiring authorities and to maintain a high level of interview to offer ratio.
4. Performing all other activities of the recruitment process i.e line up the interview and follow up with candidates and to maintain a high offer to start ratio.
5. Follow up with the selected candidates for joining.
6. Maintaining daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly MIS & ensure speedy closure of all open positions in the organization.
