HR Recruiter(Internal Hiring) for Damco Solutions

Damco Solutions is looking for experienced IT Recruiter with experience in Domestic Staffing (Contract/ Permanent Hires), with excellent communication and writing skills.

Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment life cycle.

Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.

Should be able to source profiles through sources like Groups, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.

Good level of experience to deal with candidates professionally.

Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.

Expertise in Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets, Interview coordination, Selection and On Boarding Process.

Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such information of candidates.

Eager to learn new technologies and trend in the upcoming market

Having positive attitude towards work, should be a good team player.

Passionate about recruitment`s skills:
Prior experience working on contract & contract to hire positions on IT skills is desired.
