HR Recruiter / Senior Recruiter for Photon Infotech

Candidate will be accountable for end to end IT recruitment across levels.

Ability to source a diverse range of applicants, qualifying, networking, assessing, salary negotiation and relationship building.

Interaction with BU Heads and various stake holders to understand the requirements and meet up the targets within SLA

Evaluating candidates fit and abilities for particular positions.

Source passive and active candidates for the requirements through various mode of sources.

Utilize and remain current with proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques.

Experience 2 - 4 yrs in recruitment.

Only male candidates.
