HR Recruiter for Total Logistics

The Incumbent will be responsible for meeting 100% of recruitment target for the business within the desired time lines and as per desired quality standards.

The candidate will have to run the recruitment process in order to support the business need in terms of numbers, profile and fitments of resources.

The candidate will be required to manage working relationships with external recruitment agencies. He will have act as a single point of contact to ensure the team is available for the selected candidates until the candidate comes on board.

He would be responsible to prepare recruitment plan and provide daily or weekly recruitment status or feedback.
he will have to conduct interviews as required by the business.
