Profile search and sourcing in portals, networking sites, groups etc.

Initial phone screening, short-listing profiles, scheduling them for client interviews

Negotiating & help clients in finalizing offers and regular follow-up with selected candidates till joining.

Generating and presenting recruitment MIS
