Sourcing of candidates using all the channels namely Portal/Referral/Campus/Direct/Vendor

Achievement of targets. Ensuring Quality of hires. Track and minimize drop out ratios.

Tracking self performance- monthly. Create a communication channel with hires to address 0-30 day attrition figures.

Play an active role in maintaining communication with hires and take feedback

Maintain list of open offers and follow up as and when required.

Ensure details of candidates are given to MIS person along with reasons for open offers.

Drive Employee referral to max. Explore all the possible avenues to extract employee referral.
