Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, pre-screening and recruiting candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, etc), Networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.) and Third Party vendors.
Ability to deal with vendors/candidates professionally and negotiating rates.
Having close contacts with third party vendors and have access to their current available candidates.
Performing background screening and references check to mitigate fulfillment risks.
Updating consultant details in excel Sheet along with the feedback and maintaining constant communication for future positions.
Scheduling interviews for candidates and co-ordinate with the client/vendor through the entire cycle.
