Must be capable in deploying robust HR processes and systems.
Should have experience in managing the performance management system.
Exposure to Compensation & Benefits and Rewards Administration.
Having good expertise in analyzing data, interpret & disseminate information.
Experience in Employee Engagement and Talent Management
Ability to handle disciplinary process/enquires.
Maintain appropriate contact with employees to stay abreast of concerns and address employee issues in a proactive manner.
Execution Effectiveness (ATD, Ontime Delivery, Data Orientation).
Exhibits willingness to take the lead, is assertive and enforce company policies.
Builds effective working relationships, foster two-way dialogue,demanding, and good influencer.
Adapts readily to change in routine.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent command over MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
