Synopsis: It is a generalist role wherein the incumbent will be responsible to handle complete operational, transactional and functional HR roles and responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete recruitment cycle by ensuring that critical & open positions are filled in time with the right fit.
2. Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures and modify them time to time depending on the need and requirement.
3. To take employee engagement Initiatives to improve the work environment and boost the morale of employees for overall growth enhancement of the organization.
4. Assisting in the payroll preparation and compensation related concerns to come up with the best packages for different roles within the organization to establish fair and consistent pay policies.
5. Administering assessment programs suitably to recognize and reward the employees for their contribution.
6. Managing the exit and separation of the departing employees appropriately by gathering and monitoring relevant and useful information like reason of leaving, calculating attrition rate etc to improve the functions for overall benefit of the company.
