Be the voice of HR SSC as the first point of contact for customers, delivering highest standards of service in any customer interaction, ensuring an accurate, efficient and personalized resolution of queries through effective usage of systems and resources.

Receive and log all queries through telephone, e-mail and voice message into the CRM system.

Investigate and resolve queries within agreed SLAs.
