HR Manager/Asst.Manager for Infotech

The incumbent has to manage the HR function of a business Unit comprising 1000+ employees across geography

Responsible for End-End HR activities, mostly post hire till the exit interview management

Responsible for employee engagement activities

Handling Performance Management system in Business Unit

Responsible for handling the new initiatives from the unit and management

Identifying Management & Leadership Training for employees

Analysis of Attrition, exit reports & periodic MIS reporting

Facilitating HR processes - from Induction to employee exits

Roll out of fun activities for the employees

Focus on employee relationships vide one on one discussion on issues / grievances

Recognition of employee through rewards & HR initiatives, increase employee satisfaction & leverage higher productivity

Preferable Female

Post Graduate in HRM, preferably from any of the reputed institutes
