Support business managers in making resourcing decisions (external sourcing / internal transfers).
Maintain and manage the Talent database (Managing HR database (local and global) administration responsible for accuracy and timeliness of data inputs).
Ensure compliance for statutory employment laws.
Responsible for People soft HR data input.
Manage the delivery of payroll and compliance (Payroll data collation: Capturing all types of payroll inputs with high accuracy).
Administration of Full & final settlements
Deliver the reports like headcount report, attrition report.
Responsible for delivery of suite of employee benefits.
Manage employee queries on pay, benefits and other transactional areas.
Support in the utilization of HR IT applications – e-recruit, P&D, Non-employees database.
