HR Manager for Kenexa Technologies

Develop a thorough understanding of the business organization needs and future direction in order to communicate HR implications to the business organization�s management team.

Partner with finance and operational leaders to develop and maintain the business unit�s strategic workforce plan; specifically job growth within the Indian Operations.

Communicate and ensure compliance and consistency with corporate and HR related programs and policies with a special emphasis on creating a performance based corporate culture.
