Acting as a catalyst in the pre and post merger process, integration of culture of the acquired company and assist seamless transformation and blending of cultures.
Getting involved into critical analytical study on the proposed processes in order to identify and evaluate existing and post merger risks and their implications.
Ensuring all HR functions like PMS, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Employee communication etc have been integrated and implemented uniformly throughout the organization.
