HR Head for Kelly Services

Would be responsible for planning and ownership of training schedules for new hires in the organization.

Would be required to drive training initiatives for various projects and developmental programs for supervisory levels such as team building, leadership skills, motivation, discipline etc.

Would be responsible to facilitate training need analysis and help with development and delivery of training.

Would be responsible to conduct competency checks for all trainers.

Would be required to meet the agreed training time lines and track training effectiveness.
