HR Generalist for Cognizant Chennai

- Partners with a business unit and Integrates HR Policies, procedures and systems with the associates through operational excellence.
- Handle all post recruitment activities for the business unit like Induction/ Compensation administration/ Performance Management administration/ Attrition management/ Reward and Recognition etc.
- Ability to understand and resolve soft /sensitive issues pertaining to associates and focus on transparent communication.
- Liaise with associates of the business units and serve as the point of contact for queries/ grievance redressal.
- Liaise with the leaders of the business unit and ensure adherence of the business unit to organization policies.
