Maintain 100% service level of HR-Services with regard to compensation, benefits and leave administration, statutory compliance and maintenance of service records.
Ensure uninterrupted production by practicing proactive IR measures.
Design and implement developmental plans for employees so as to make the Haldia Unit a key source of talent.
