HR Executive for Tata Power

Key responsibilities would include driving talent sourcing, talent ingress and acclimatization process and participate in capability building initiatives; Compensation and benefits administration; ensuring optimal employee participation thru modern and value based IR interventions.

Maintain 100% service level of HR-Services with regard to compensation, benefits and leave administration, statutory compliance and maintenance of service records.

Ensure uninterrupted production by practicing proactive IR measures.

Design and implement developmental plans for employees so as to make the Haldia Unit a key source of talent.
