HR Executive for Suguna Poultry Farm

MBA/MSW with 2+ years of experience in core HR functions preferably performance management system.

Exposure to the Statutory compliances such as factory licence registations, payment of returns, liasoning with Govt. Officials. ESI ,PF etc.

Responsible for handling, the end to end performance management System.

Responsible for job analysis.

Responsible for co-coordination with all department heads for the completion of assessment.

Analysis of performance data and MIS.

Responsible for timely setting of KRA and review as per the Suguna Performance appraisal system (SPAS) guidelines.

Responsible to ensure that targets/key result areas and personal development targets are set for all positions.

Responsible/coordination for periodically performance appraisals.

Responsible for implementation of production incentive.

Responsible for developing technical content.
