HR Executive for Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance

Candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment function.

Coordinating for the interview rounds.

Coordinating with recruitment vendors.

Responding to candidates queries regarding company policies and processes.

Managing resume resource pool for emergency/urgent requirements.

Vendor Engagement and management

Carry out all tasks related to new joiners.

Check all the requisite documentation.

Preparation of MIS Reports such as Man Power report, Attrition Report, Leaving & Joining Reports (weekly Basis) to provide feedback to senior managers on various aspects of personnel management.

Also managing the over all functioning of the HR department.
