To shortlist based on resume and telephonic interview

To schedule final interviews so that atleast 2 Directors meet the Sales Manager

Systematise the process of making the offer letter and appointment letter and ensuring a smooth joining process

Designing an induction program based on inputs from ZMs

Through consultants and head hunters and references

Generate the profiles for different positions and locations

Sharing this profile with different head-hunters and consultants and interacting with them to ensure that they provide the appropriate resumes

Facilitating the rest of the recruitment process of preliminary interview, final interview
