Candidate must be able to undertake a varied range of confidential accounting duties associated within the Payroll function.

To provide all round assistance and high quality administrative support to the Onshore Human Resources team.

To provide timely and accurate input of data to the system thus generating HR letters, statistics and HR Management Information.

Assisting in the preparation of monthly payroll for onshore offices.

Assisting in the preparation of monthly accounting information in relation to payroll.

Reconciliation of payroll bank account.

Liaising with the payroll bureau in order to action payroll and resolve queries.

Assisting with the preparation and administration of the staff benefits schemes.

Maintaining the daily records for the Time Tracker System in accordance with the approved guidelines.
