Candidate should have minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment`s.

Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with matrix reporting with ability to balance line & functional pressures.

Should be able to make timely deliverable`s.

Should be comfortable with data entry.

Ability to draft routine office correspondence (memo/emails).

Very Pro-active and willing to take initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning.

Recruitment & Employee Induction.

Offer Letters & Joining Formalities.

Onboarding Candidates, verifying documents on their data of Joining.

Issue of Appointment Letters, Employee Filing

Report Generation: Generate various reports which are useful for MIS.

Responsible for Internal Communication Process.

Responsible for updation of all HR trackers.

Assisting in all HR related activities with regard to Leave Management, Mediclaim & Insurance, PF, Maintenance of office records of employees.

Coordination with other departments for HR related activities.

Other Activities: employee engagements activities, employees welfare activities.
