Provide inputs and directions to the Operations Head for issues related to employee recruitmentHR Policies Define and establish HR Policies Define and establish HR Manual/handbook Career Planning & Employee Development Maintain the database of all employees, their skill-sets, experiences and related matrices.
Ensure employee retention leading to excellent attrition rates Training Organize Induction Program Create and Manage Training Calendar, Programs, Feedback Employee Records Setup and enhance systems to handle relevant employee records e.g. attendance, training...) Provide the Operations Head with the needed data/reports.
