Handling all recruitment &selection process starting from identifying job vacancy, preparing job description, selection of recruitment channel-internal/external, managing response, and short-listing & arranging interviews in a nut shell all manpower planning.
Taking interviews at all phases of recruiting process, which include setting up phone/interpersonal interviews for all candidates.
Manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/turn downs.
Payroll Administration for the month in terms of new joiners & existing employees.
Controlled attrition rate
Taking care of various HR queries
Handling grievances & counseling for employees & trainees separation & exit formalities
Handling performance appraisal process & identifying scope for enhancing the same. initiating rewards & recognition & implementing incentive system for motivating employees.
