HR Executive

Greeva Software is looking for an HR executive with the following experience:

Pre & Post Recruitment and Selection including sourcing, selecting and releasing of offer letters, under the guindance of Department head.

Generalistic profile, Recruitment, Payrolling, training, induction with major focus on Recruitment`s.

Responsible for recruitment process including screening, calling, sourcing, interview handling and reporting to Senior HR.

Desired Profile
The job profile would cover the entire HR activities. The person selected for this position will have to perform the following activities:

* Payroll
* HR generalist area
* End to End recruitment
* Client Interaction
* Training and development
* Admin Responsibilities

The candidate should also possess the following skills:

Strong knowledge in MS Office

Good communication skill, influentials ability and inspiring nature

Fluency in Hindi is added advantage
