This person will be a key member of Corporate Human Resources department.

Recruitment, Selection and Placement of Employees

1.Create and manage external job postings and other advertisements
2. Screen and route incoming resumes
3. Conduct phone screen interviews for administrative and entry level positions
4. Draft offer letters
5. Conduct new employee orientations.

Human Resources Administration

1. Maintain and update employee guide as policies and procedures change
2. Compliance maintenance of personnel files.
