HR Assistant Manager for Arctern
Arctern, Inc., Mumbai 5–7 Yrs Share this jobAs an Assistant Manager - HR, team will be primarily responsible for ALL CORE aspects of HR and the development of Arctern’s employees and company administration.
Will be required to manage HR related issues across the spectrum of company departments with the goal of building a culture of productive professionals who deliver on-time and of the highest quality.
Regular tasks will include (but not limited to) the following activities:

Core HR
1. Direct human resource management activities in the Unit to ensure that the HR function facilitates and enables the business.
2. Design and implement initiatives through respective Unit HR teams to build HR capabilities in line managers.
3. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and incorporate in Unit HR function.
4. Drive Unit HR effectiveness through tracking, monitoring and guiding the unit HR team on:
Employee Assimilation:Induction and Orientation, Employee Relocation Assistance.
Employee Engagement and Welfare, HR Branding, Performance Management.
Climate Assessment and OD Interventions- Employee Feedback (Surveys, One-on-One’s, Suggestion, Exit Interviews, etc)
Retention Management - Employee Recognition and Awards
HR Metrics and Reporting- MIS/HRIS Update, Company Intranet, Company Newsletter
Change Management Interventions, HR Compliance, Employee Handbook and Policies, Employee Clubs (sports, entertainment, social, volunteering, etc), Attendance/Leave Management, Payroll Coordination with Finance.
