The ISU Talent Specialist is aligned to a US based regional functional resource management team. The ISU Talent Specialist provides
support to the aligned resource management team in the US.

The ISU Talent Specialist’s service commitment provides analytical
reporting, staff assignment input into the staffing tool, interpretative analysis of staffing requirements, including staffing forecasts.

Carry out routine annual or biannual processes related to new hires and interns such as inputting individuals into the staffing system, inputting counselor assignments, assigning on-call inventory dates (if applicable), activating employees in the staffing system, and updating staff records with employee identification numbers when assigned
