Head HR for Client of Proctor

Proctor Consulting is an Executive Search firm based in Mumbai. It is currently looking out for HR professionals for one its clients.

Head HR should have experience in strategic planning and execution.

Knowledge of organizational development theory and practices.

Experience in design, development and implementation of compensation administration plans and benefit programs. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs. Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

Make Qualitative difference in all HR processes being executed to make them world class.

Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.

Qualification: MBA and ten years of experience in a senior-level Human Resource position.
