Develop mechanism for early detection of grievances and their quick resolution.
Statutory compliances and liasioning with government agencies/bodies.
Employee Engagement.
Develop a strong MIS system for corporate management.
Lead the training function.
Project Management & Facilities Management.
Oversee and manage administration for optimum results.
Lead cost control initiatives.
