The incumbent will be responsible for playing the role of a HR representative of a group of people and implement all the HR functions like recruitment, Training & Development, Appraisals and other motivational activities for their group of people

Will be responsible also for maintaining and updating the skill inventory for the group, ensuring that the training programmes are conducted at regular intervals

Will be responsible for preparing MIS, Performance appraisals of the employees of the group, counseling calculation of the incentives, carrying out the separation procedure in case of any resignation and grievance handling of the employees of the group

Timely confirmation of Employees, confirmation and increments

The incumbent would also be involved into recruitment as facilitator, induction of new member in a group, OJT (on the job training) and Mentoring

The incumbent should be full time MBA (or equivalent) from a recognized university in the similar function in a reputed organization

An additional degree or diploma (B.E. /B.Tech) in computer science would be an added advantage

The incumbent should have the basic knowledge of software development process, various technical skills in the IT industry

Should be able to implement the policies, procedures and systems

Should have passion to work with people, ability to lead and motivate people and ability to maintain relationships at all levels
