Identifying the Training and Development needs within the organisation;
Designing and developing Training and Development programs to address individual/group/organisational needs;
Delivering training and development programs in a timely and efficient manner and
Evaluating the effectiveness of the Training programs and workshops and in an endeavor to enhance transferability to job.
The incumbent will report to the Head of Learning & Development and lead a team of qualified professionals.
Have completed a Diploma holder from recognised Hotel Management Institute under NCHMCT or a Degree in Hotel Management from an Indian or foreign University. (Diploma in T&D and exposure to soft skill training and process labs will be preferred);
Have experience, preferably in Hospitality Industry with experience in the training department;
Understand the process of identifying Training and Development needs within the organization
