With experience in all aspects of HR i.e. Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Compensation benefits, Performance appraisals, Statutory policies, Training & People Process.
Key responsibilities handled is employee engagement & development activities.

Effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Pro-active, innovative and capable of working autonomously with the support of a lean HR team.
Proven capabilities in managing human resources and in the implementation of human resources projects.
Within a multinational context (e.g. OD intervention, PCMM etc).
Expertise in all facets of Indian and international employment law - Budget development & forecasting - HR
Reporting - Training & Development - Recruitment all levels.
Policy development and implementation- Must have proven experience in implementing organizational policies in HR.
Strong knowledge in human resources functions including legal matters, performance and management,Career and training management.
Responsibilities:
1.Partner with and counsel the top management in terms of HR related issues, policies and decisions.
2.Alignment of the People Strategy with the overall Business and Organization Strategy.
3.Plan, develop and implement strategy for Man Management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues).
4.Administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies.
5.Development of Career and Succession Planning.
6.Leadership Development, creating and nurturing a ‘learning culture’.
7.Retention strategy, Mentoring intervention
