Consultant - Executive Search & Selection for Asterion

Asterion is looking for recruiters with atleast 1 year of experience in areas like Outsourcing (BPO/KPO), Finance, Audit, Risk, Tax, Management Consulting, Compliance, Marketing, Analytics and Research.

All candidates should have exceptional knowledge of the above mentioned areas/ industries.

Should be adept in sourcing middle to senior management profiles from various online/offline sources using variety of techniques.

Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with any of the leading executive search firms in a research/ sourcing oriented or client facing position is preferred.

1. Industry Mapping
2. Target company profiling.
3. Finding right candidates using various sources and techniques while maintaining minimal TAT.
4. Candidate engagement and interview process management.
5. Interacting with clients, taking feedbacks and constantly working towards building, growing and managing the account.
6. Achieve quarterly revenue targets.
7. MIS & Reporting.
