* Design and implement a rewarding and competitive compensation and benefits policy for India
* Conduct benchmark surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information, with respect to Capgemini’s salary competitiveness, job grades and salary ranges.
* Collaborate with the Senior Management to define, develop and implement the annual salary review program.
* Provide comp expertise and guidance to HR/line managers.
* Should have good understanding of policies such as compensation & Benefits, Travel, Medical, and Relocation policies etc.
* Would also be responsible for reviewing, updating and developing HR policies related to C&B.
