Comp & Benefits Manager for Honeywell

Responsibilities
1) Strategize the Compensation related initiatives in line with the business priorities.

2) Create the guidelines/framework for compensation planning in the business.

3) Administer compensation surveys with the consultants and develop market reference points.

4) Design & implement Incentive plans in line with Global guidelines.

5) Support the staffing team with comp related processes/decisions.

6) Design and Implement business specifics programs for employee retention.

7) Complete ownership of Compensation related polices.

8) Bring Operational / functional excellence in the processes while working with the HR team.

9) Work closely with the business for projecting and tracking the annual employee cost.

10) Harmonization of Compensation processes across different businesses /entities.

11) Ensure alignment of global compensation processes / policies and its implementation in India.

12) Support the Global/APAC team during Merger and Acquisitions.

13) Point of contact for the APAC/Global Compensation teams for ACS and TS business in India.

14) Work closely with other Comp COE members to drive India wide projects.
