Client Delivery Manager for Spectraforce

Spectraforce Technologies India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad 6–10 Yrs

Candidate should have relevant experience in IT recruitment/staffing in domestic market.

Prior team leading and accounts handling experience is a must.

Ability to lead a team of recruiters/ sr recruiters and meet revenue target for the team/accounts.

Industry Preference: Preferably from domestic recruitment/staffing Organization

Working for Permanent, contract,contract to hire positions .

Understanding the clientâ€™s recurring needs, hiring patterns, key skills/traits and develop a strategic sourcing plan to cater to volume hiring.

Proactively develop a network of solid Talent based on client needs and pipelining them.
