Campus Recruiter for Oracle

Candidate will be responsible to position Oracle at all the premier universities in these countries to attract the best students for employment and internship.

To understand the requirements of the LoBs and make aggressive follow up with the sources of talent - the universities.

To develop relationships with career office authorities.

To hire graduate students through campus and off-campus mode.

To run an internship program, and

To coordinate with selected students about their joining formalities etc.

Desired Profile:
Solid experience in reputed companies pertaining to campus hiring is a must, apart from summer internships, coordination of collaborative research with universities etc.

Excellent inter-personal & communication skills.

Thorough understanding of the local academic environment in different countries.

High level of self-motivation, persistence and passion for interacting with people, especially the students and faculty.

An ability to find innovative ways to differentiate Oracle from the rest at the premier campuses, and

Passion for building a career in campus relations.

Willing to travel to all the countries mentioned above to conduct career fairs, on-campus information sessions, campus interviews, internships etc.

Ability to reach student population via Social Media Channels and initiatives.
