The Business and Technical Leadership Partner will be responsible for talent identification, leadership planning and executive placement.
The BTL Partner will be responsible for working with the business to identify leadership needs and working with the HR Learning team to address those needs.
He/She will identify critical gaps roles for the business and help build success profiles for those gap roles.
At least 10 years of work experience of which the last 2-3 years should be in Learning or Leadership Development- in designing and/delivering/operations.
A HR Partner background is also desirable.
