Benefits Manager for Cisco Systems

Applies expert knowledge and understanding of benefits functions and processes; participates in planning and implementing of benefits process improvements.

Applies knowledge of Cisco`s business strategies; able to represent Cisco by communicating business capabilities and strategies to external constituents; understand the effect of emerging global market on our business Manages work across functions, departments or business operations Establishes operational objectives and assignments; objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation; oversee execution of strategy and plans Influences and/or changes the thinking of, or gains acceptance of, others; inspire your team`s/organization`s success through positive feedback and constant support Responsible for operational decisions that will affect deadlines.
