Responsible for Recruitment, HR operations and Employee engagement.

Monitor, track and deliver required headcount as per the recruitment plan in line with business plans on new migrations, remigrations and backfills in accordance with the costs as per the Annual Operating Plan.

Drive processes and activities, which ensure continuous engagement with employees.

Consistently respond to employee requests promoting “employer of choice�.
