Ensure policies provide for fair treatment of employees

Key contributor to the design, and establishment of effective processes to manage employee aspirations and individual concerns, aligned to the business requirements and shared responsibilities/values of the company

Managing Performance feedback and Coaching processes, recognition and reward programs, communication forums, etc.

Advise and support senior Managers in their management of supervisors/staff.

Focal point in the building of strong VOE processes to ensure management focus on action planning and change efforts.
