Candidate should be able to handle the entire recruitment activities.

Ability to meet targets in specific time period.Continuously build a Database of prospective candidates relevant by screening the applications received and posting ads in job portals.

Assist DGM-HR in the preparation of manpower recruitment plan.

Assist DGM-HR in recruitment for all vacancies that is most economical – i.e. recruitment through existing database, referrals, contacts and newspaper insertions or through consultants.

Assist DGM-HR in initial screening of short listed candidates, arranging written tests and interviews, conference calls wherever required, doing reference checks etc and verification of documents.

Prepare Employment Contracts / offer letters including Training Bonds wherever applicable.

Complete all joining formalities as per standard process including arranging Induction programs.

Orient employees on all relevant HR policies and procedures to and explain to them all the processes.

Maintaining and managing Employee files – to ensure total confidentiality.

Assist Manager-HR in preparation of MIS reports.
