Joining Formalities & Induction of new joinees

Employee engagement

Maintenance of Personal Files

Implementation of HR Initiatives

HRIS, F&F Compliance, Mediclaim & PF

Incentive rollout & implementation (Calculation, communication and Award function)

Appointment Letters to all, Audit

Performance Appraisal - implementation

Employee Grievances, Analysis of Exit

HR MIS / Review reports

Mentoring and various other HR activities associated with team building and motivation.

Recruitment for all the open mandate.

Other activities as per business demands.
