Candidate will head the entire HR, IR & Admin functions of Arakonam Unit, Sampling Unit & Corporate office (Apparel Vertical).

Will be responsible for various HR, IR & Admin functions like:

Manpower Planning,

Recruitment & Selection,

Training & development,

Performance Appraisal,

Employee Relations, Employee Engagement & Development,

Time office Management,

Grievance Handling,

Salary & Wages administration.

HR operations and Administration issues like statutory compliance`s, Liaison with local authorities, Community Development, ensuring Contract Labour Compliance, Employee Welfare, Canteen and Plant Discipline issues etc.

Will be managing the employee strength of above 2000 people.

Desired Profile
HR Professional with 15+ yrs of experience in independently handling HR, IR and Admin functions in a manufacturing Plant.

Should be from manufacturing industries.

Should have managed the employee strength in the range of Above 2000.

Strong plant level exposure is a must.

Should know Read /Write / Speak Tamil.
