Candidate should be able to provide secretarial support to Center Head.

Managing Hotel / guest house bookings for guests / clients.

Interfacing with processes and providing administrational support to the various teams.

Arranging foreign travels of various people and managers.

Managing foreign delegate visits along with their car arrangements and hotel accommodation.

Conference room / Training room bookings.

Liasoning with vendors for stationaries & other procurements for Admin, HR, Technology & Ops departments.

House keeping of the office area.

Ensuring proper supply of different materials from the respecting vendors.

Supervising the allocation of Lunch, Dinner & Midnight snacks for the entire office staff.

Preparing the MIS report for the higher authority.

All STP & CUSTOM Related activity.

Bonded (Import & Local) Material Tracking & Receiving.

Licenses : Trade License, P. Tax., Work Contract TDS etc.

All Expenses Reimbursement processing ( For Support Staff & Opp. Staff )
