The candidate should support executive(s) with their day to day activities as to their Appointments, Calendar Management, Meetings, Expense statements, Bookings, Travel, logistics and other requirements as and when.

Be a single point of contact for all the activities related to Line Manger(s) and work independently to manage activities with utmost care and responsibility.

Able to prioritize appointments and handle complex situations if any with regular interactions and views of the Line Manager(s)

Preparing minutes of the meetings, conference room bookings and setting up conf calls

Handle visitor management viz., setting up of visiting rooms, scheduling India visit itineraries for the visiting dignitaries, banquet and related tasks

Should be good in both oral and written communication

Should be able to relate to people at all levels

Any Graduation Good hands on experience in MS Office : Outlook, Word, Excel & PPT
