High focus on developing/maintaining new as well as existing accounts.

Identify prospective client for IT Staffing opportunities.

Acquire contract staffing job orders and work with our in-house recruiters to fill them.

Demonstrated proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements.

Maintain relationships with clients/hiring mangers so as to receive ongoing requirements

Appreciation for activity-based selling to ensure that sales activities are aligned with business goals.

Work closely with recruitment staff and internal team to insure clear requirements definition and specific recruitment focus meets our clients` expectations.

Ability to communicate with consultants as well as managers.

Understanding of long-term business relationships.

Interface with all levels of management and support client`s project or staffing needs.

Provide excellent customer service to the clients.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience in Consulting/Staffing/Recruiting industry as an Account Manager / Sales Manager / BDM role.

HAnds on experience in proposal writing (RFP, RFI,RFQ).

Hands on experince in handling US Federal/ US State Government Accounts.
